I skipped these last year as well so am due to go but thinking they might not be worth the risk right now. Have been seriously quarantining and am active and in perfect heath (as far as I know).
i disagree. i got annual or semi-annual physicals all through my 20's and 30's. Aside from possibly catching problems earlier (in m y case i got treatment for stomach issues before they developed into an actual ulcer), its good to have a relationship with a PCP who has a sense of your healthy baseline.
You can have your primary care person do both the physical and the gyn exam, so that's one visit. You don't know how the next year is going to look COVID-wise, so get it done now.
Physical no, GYN yes
No need for physicals at that age. I started regular physicals in my mid-40's, to check blood pressure, cholesterol, etc.

Yes go to both. Your commute to the appointments will put you in more danger than contracting the virus.
