I'm being lazy and just making pasta and red sauce. I'm tired of cooking.
I'm making roast pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes (with garlic and thyme), and asparagus.
Made Ina Garten's corn salad and added some cherry tomatoes, which I definitely recommend! Served it alongside honey balsamic baked salmon and asparagus.
