Serious question. What does it mean to "declare rent relief"? Is government (with no money) paying landlords, or are landlords simply expected to get no income?

I don't think schools will be shut down for that long. I do agree with you that they will be closed next week.

@MidtownMom I honestly don't see how they reopen again with a vaccine. I don't think enough things will close to bring our numbers that low again.
I think we will have to go back into lockdown. Curfews did nothing in Europe. People simply cannot be indoors without masks on.
I wish Cuomo would completely ban indoor bars and restaurants and then declare rent relief.

Probably 50/50. Promise future payments at some percentage and enact a commercial eviction moratorium.
