I hear you but it's not necessarily the pollsters' fault (or all their fault). Some of it is in the interpretation. The media is also interpreting polling results in a specific and sometimes erroneous way. For example, the NYT said that Biden is narrowly going to win Florida based on recent polls. That's just not true. He has a 3 point lead but the margin of error is 3.2 points. So he's actually NOT predicted to win Florida. At best, it's a toss up.
