Social distancing: not working for me, how about you?
I’m really not enjoying seeing friends from 4-6’ away and going for a walk, hanging, whatever. Is that ok? I don’t mean to be rude but I find it uncomfortable. What are you all doing?
Hate it and I’m mildly introverted. It’s unnatural and not healthy. You also have to care for your mental health so do what’s right for you and your family.
I'm a huge extrovert have been really struggling. However, I am grateful to be able to safely see others in person at all. My family will continue living like this until doing otherwise is no longer a risk for ourselves or others. Anything else is selfish.

Weigh the risks - a safe vaccine may never be here...I remember hearing about an impending HIV vaccine in the 1980s...
I was going nuts with no social interaction (as it is I basically have no friends where we moved after leaving NYC, 2 years ago) I found a couple of groups on meetup ( French language and Women over 40) that meet on zoom once a week. It has really helped me a lot.
I've done it a few times and i don't find it any more satisfying than a zoom call, but i'm a big introvert. I like keeping in touch with people, and i like being outside in the city by myself, but the in-person socializing i find awkward and a little anxiety-producing even when its outside and distanced.
