What is sexist about this? If he is treating you as lesser or making you do things you shouldn't sure, but this seems harmless and will make you look oversensitive if you address.
I think you just tell him over the phone that you prefer he use your names and while you’re sure it is not his intent, “ladies” could be seen as sexist so better he lose the habit entirely. It‘s borderline though, if he said ladies and gents to a mixed group, it would seem totally fine. It comes from it typically being a male superior or peer addressing a group of women and comes off as condescending
