Any suggestions for a stager, good real estate photographer? Also if there are any NYC RE brokers, would love your take on the market. Obv i know its not an ideal time, but we just dont want to live in nyc anymore.
Something I've been seeing lately are video shoots of apartments which are supposed to be a substitute for initial in-person visits. I'm wondering if people who are actually shopping for real estate like these?
We live in brooklyn and got a mailing from a broker who said buyers are actively seeking lower density neighborhoods and apartments with outdoor space. He said it would be a short window of activity, then a downturn. predicted market recovery in 4-5 years.

thanks for the take, both of you! We have outdoor space so this gives me hope that we will find a buyer. A video shoot is a good idea too. thank you
