I am in good health, no other symptoms and had a complete heart check up less than 2 years ago (including calcium build up test which was 0) I am 51.
Just in the past week, there have been a few days where I get palpitations and along with it some slight sensation of fatigue. I do not think of Covid, I have been at home these past 8 months, only go out for quick grocery shopping (early morning and wear mask and goggles) wash everything down...
I just wonder what could be causing this and hope I do not need to worry. I would like to avoid going to see a doctor just now. I am due for my yearly check up in January (scheduled). Everything else seems fine and I have been walking 2-3 miles daily along with some exercise at home. I just tend to worry and this is something new. This morning it started around 11 am (after breakfast/coffee - I only drink one cup in the morning) and went on for an hr on and off. I feel better now. But last week it would usually start late afternoon.
Thank you for reading and hopefully for any feedback/reassurance.
