I have constant pain in my left elbow and wrists. Advil doesn't help. Any idea what this could be? The pain isn't severe, so I don't want to go to the doctor's office but the pain is always on my mind.
I have also had awful pain in my right elbow - it turned out to be from typing on my usually unused desktop computer too many hours during the pandemic. Aka doomscrolling. My desk is not large enough to support my wrists and forearms and it placed incredible stress on my elbow of all places. Probably exacerbated by excessive typing on my phone. The elbow pain went completely away when I started using my DC's MacBook Air when camp started ... it has adequate support no matter where you sit...If that doesn't work, the other thing that helped before I knew about the desktop problem...was turmeric smoothies - just turmeric, maple syrup, nut or oat milk, and a little black pepper to help with the absorption of the turmeric. Note that I never had the wrist pain. Good luck!

Remember to avoid Ibuprofen/Motrin during the pandemic!
