My trainer is a fortune and I want to join a Zoom class instead that has medium to high intensity cardio and weights. Any recommendations are appreciated !
I have cycled between Variis, Obe, and Peloton this year and I like them all for different reasons. Variis classes are the best HIIT/cardio ones I've tried digitally and they use a lot of Equinox instructors I used to take, so I love that. You can also do the Rumble classes through the app, which are fun. Obe has amazing toning/barre classes. Peloton I use mostly for the bike, but their strength classes are good as well and they def have the best music.
Do you like dance for cardio? Anna Kaiser has zoom classes that combine dance and some toning/weights. The classes with Anna are great (I think she's back to teaching some herself after maternity leave) but the other instructors are pretty good too. I can't do her classes anymore because my downstairs neighbors would probably murder me but if you don't have that issue they're a good workout.
Maybe I’m basic, but I pay $99/year for Beach Body on Demand. There are so many options.
Peloton app is free for new members right now and the strength training is great
