From whom? A lot of young kids/tweens I think don't even really understand that Baby Boomers are a generation; they just think of "OK boomer" as a generic meme term for an older person they wish to dismiss...
Yes I agree with this. My teenage dd says this to me sometimes and she knows my age (40), which actually puts me in some new category they put for a few year period in between boomers and gen x. It's annoying but I think we're all just old people to them!
@SuperMom Yep. (Although don't you mean in between Gen X and Millennial? I'm 38 and apparently now an Xennial...)
Yes, you're right! I can't keep track of all these ridiculous names, but I looked it up and apparently we're Xennials, something I will never say lol.
"However, this group that falls in the middle – those that range in age from 34 to 40 – share characteristics of both generations. So much so, that generational experts have now named this micro-generation Xennials, and Xennials were born between 1977 and 1983."
That’s incredibly rude. And no I’m not old, I was simply raised with manners.
hah, me too. mostly from my kids. we're forever in the shadow of the Boomers!
