If you have a college DC, what is his/her campus doing in terms of on-campus housing? Please give location or school name. Thanks!

My DD will be attending Santa Clara University in the fall. As of now, the school is saying that 60-70% of classes will be online (only 1 of DD's 4 classes is going to be in person; she just registered last week). First years and international students are receiving priority for on campus housing and all students will have a single. Older students will be entered into a lottery for remaining housing, but many will be living in off-campus apartments. Meals are to be ordered on an app and picked up to-go. Masks throughout campus are mandatory. You can't have visitors in your dorm/room (even other students from SCU), but you can gather in small numbers in campus common areas (socially distanced), including study areas, TV or recreation rooms, etc.,. Indoor gym is closed. They are planning to take advantage of the nice weather by hosting outdoor events (hikes in the area, trips to Santa Cruz, outdoor yoga, music on the lawn, meals outside, etc.) to integrate students socially. The school is on the quarter system so doesn't start until 3rd week of Sept., so a lot could change between now and then. Some students are choosing to take classes remotely from home, but my DD wants to go and make the best of the circumstances--whatever they are. I really hope she can attend in person.
