If you WOHM full time and have children, how do you balance your time to find time for yourself? I want nothing more than have 1 day per week to go to the gym and take care of appointments (doctors, hair, taxes, whatever comes up). I don’t want to take this out of my family time on the weekends even if it’s possible. There is no way I can go to the gym before or after work. How do you all do this?
