how Much should I tip for a $350 Botox appointment that lasts15 minutes? I use the same clinic each time but the service provides vary so it’s not one person I see all the time. They recommend 15 - 20% but that seems high based on the amount of time and effort involved. TIA!

my Botox is 500 for one small spot with a plastic surgeon- I don’t tip her. I give my kids a tip - “go to medical school”
I would not tip for a medical procedure. I would find a new place if tips were solicited. Seems inappropriate and weird.
This is so tricky. I don't get botox, but it seems like a medical treatment, so seems strange to tip, doesn't it? On the other hand, they're so obvious about wanting tips that if you don't do it, I wonder if it impacts the service? Not the type of thing you want them to mess up . . . I think you're being very generous to tip on top of that exorbitant pricing, and the amount seems fine (and I tip for everything, but tipping for medical services just seems like it crosses a line!).
I don‘t tip for botox. You’re talking about 100 tip if 20%
OP the providers at my clinic are nurses and they have tipping signage and envelopes at the front desk so it is encouraged. I have been leaving $20, does this seem ok? I think they are seeing their model along the lines of salon or spa treatment, etc.
This is usually done by dermatologists and it would be a huge insult to tip a doctor. Wow...
I... have not been tipping for Botox. I didn't know this was a thing. I go to a physician-run clinic and see the physician every time. There's no line for tipping at payment. Am terrible?
