I don't plan on going back right now, but I assumed that since they can't even open at full capacity, that they would have you opt back in as opposed to just charging everyone monthly dues again.

Update: couldn’t even find a phone number, so I did the chat function and canceled! It was super easy and shockingly simple. Sigh, I miss normal life.
I just called the 888 number on the main website and got someone on the phone almost immediately. Try calling again.
DH tried for years and finally just blocked them on his credit card.
Same! I've been a member for a decade and I'm SO within my right to cancel.
