Start running and cut out carbs. Carbs is a huge factor.
It's hard when we can't move around as much as we're used to! Simple tips: stay active, whether that's actually cardio, or just not staying seated for hours at a time. Agree that cutting down on carbs/sugar/booze can make a huge difference, too. And try and get enough sleep!
Get a standing desk and take walks whenever possible.
Unfortunately, I think the only remedies are eating less and working out :((

same- from so much sitting butt has changed shape and gotten fat. no choice about the sitting so much during the day but trying to do little exercises throughout the day and getting up as much as possible. but the spread from sitting is real
is this what it is? mine has also gotten huge and it's never been an area i've gained weight before. i try to get in 10,000 steps every day but i guess the reality is i'm sitting way more than usual
Drink tons of water. You'll have to get up and pee all the time. Seems to work for me.
Stop eating as much. Exercise is great too, but really, it's about how much, and what, you eat.
Two choices: 1) eat less; 2) follow Beyonce and J Lo and Kim K on Instagram and get some fashion tips for working that big booty.
