My girlfriends are doing a fitness challenge, so I thought I'd jump on board and do a dry month for my health. I remember women on this board touting all the health and wellness benefits of giving up alcohol. My typical consumption is one beer a day. We are on day 5. I don't really notice any benefits. My sleep is the same. I don't feel different during the day. Should I expect to? For those who gave up alcohol and found it a very positive change, when did you start to notice a difference, and what did you gain from it? Thanks!
