Gardening folks: any tips for harvesting tomatoes? Seems like everyone else has a bountiful harvest and we get one or two a year (tomatoes, not harvest). We live in Southern California. DH had someone set up a watering system in a section of our backyard, but he doesn't do anything extra like tend to them in any other way.

I feed mine dead fish guts and it works like a charm. Also I tend to do cherry tomatoes since they seem to grow faster and more plentiful. I use this brand (find the version for tomatoes) and buy on Amazon. Also LOTS OF SUN. https://www.arbico-organics.com/product/2640/fish-based-nutrients-cannabis-hemp?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIgub03I6j6wIVAwiICR3_YA3KEAYYASABEgKoxvD_BwE
Interesting! DH doesn't do anything to themes they dont really flourish./ Maybe I'll order some and sort of slip it in when he isn't looking so we can have something to eat!
They may be suffering from a disease, like blight. I spray my tomato plants with neem oil. You need to check on the plants to see how they are doing during the growing season.
They aren't brown or anything. And its every year. I'll google blight and see if the photos look like our plants.
