I am someone in very good health, no major issues - eat a healthy balanced diet, exercise, etc. Through the years had some IBS symptoms that come and go, had tests done (last colonoscopy in November) was told by GI doctor that all is good.
But for the last 3-4 days, apart from the occasional gas (that has become normal for me from time to time) I noticed that as soon as I eat something, I get nauseous - it happened right after breakfast (an egg on toast and 1/3 avocado) on Monday and then again, right after dinner. I have been eating very light meals. Felt fine yesterday, but today it happened again, one hr after breakfast... now I am worried. Hopefully this is not serious. Not pregnant (I am 51) I cannot email my GI doctor as she moved last month and I still don't have a new doctor... I tend to worry and I am avoiding looking on google. I know advice in general should be taken with a grain of salt - just hoping some MD mom could maybe reassure me? In times like these, I would like to avoid making a doctor appointment, unless truly necessary (not in NYC and this state is not taking very good precautions IMO) Thanks for reading and perhaps offering some feedback.
