Let's say, hypothetically, that you have a nanny who is fine. Really great in some ways, but strictly ok in others (always running late, etc.). But good enough for the circumstances, dc like the nanny, etc.
And let's say that dc was playing in a pile of throw pillows pretending to hide under them. And nanny says, you better come out or I'm going to sit on you!! in a laughing way (which dc also finds hilarious)
Is this ok, or not ok? I actually didn't like it at all, but didn't say anything because maybe I'm overreacting? I don't think all touching is bad but this just crossed a line for me for whatever reason. What say you good people? And if you think it's not ok, why do you think that? Maybe you can help me think through it... .
