Living in the city and desperate for a little outdoor fun outside the city. We are very Covid-careful: kids are full remote, working from home, etc. Considering Hershey Park--most of the action is outside, which is invariably safer. What's your general risk acceptance level and would you go?

We're a little bit less cautious than you--we work from home but kids are in hybrid school. I personally wouldn't feel comfortable at a theme park--outside, but so many people touching surfaces.
A friend who went to Six Flags (the one in Georgia, mind you) a couple weeks ago said that they were making everyone wear masks, but she witnessed multiple people pulling them down once the ride was already in motion and couldn't be stopped. And then screaming and spraying god-knows-what everywhere.
Could you go apple picking/pumpkin patch or similar? Seems outdoor but a bit less risky since fewer hard shiny virus-friendly surfaces.
Ugh, the maskless screaming is my nightmare. I wish I could understand what someone is thinking when they pull down their mask like that. I worry less about surfaces; I have hand sanitizer and wipes with me at all times.
As I said, it was in Georgia so I suspect the general attitude may be a little bit more "fuck masks, Covid isn't real" than it would be at Hershey. But I guess the same problem still applies, in that staff just can't really enforce masks on a moving ride, so it only takes a few idiots to make the whole experience less fun and more nervewracking.
My friend's family left early that day...
ETA: The surfaces worry me more in an amusement park than some other contexts, because I feel like some actions are less deliberate in that setting--no matter how carefully you sanitize, when you're on a rollercoaster and reacting in the moment you can grab the bar then touch your face without meaning to. I would assume the bars etc are sanitized frequently but is it between every ride? I don't know.
How is this even a question? No. There is no amount of sanitizing that could possibly make that environment safe. Try apple picking, pumpkin picking, horseback riding where they sanitize between riders, outdoor gardens like the botanical gardens or wave hill, hiking, etc.
