@Anonymous Is this the type of "non supportive comment" being discussed on the other thread? I think the poster was just sharing their feelings, which don't have to delegitimize OR's feelings.
I get it. I couldn't be more thrilled for my parents, but I was on a call with a bunch of teachers the other day who were complaining about their sore arms, and I thought, hmm, must be nice...
SAME
Same. I am pregnant and constantly terrified. Would be nice to feel at least a little relief from increased protection.
Cuomo said pregnancy was one of the immunocompromised so that should be available soon.
I know pregnancy is stressful at the best of times, but I know pregnant women who got COVID in March and they and their babies were ok.
@Anonymous OP, did he really?! I have been checking and must have missed that today. thank you!
No envy. Just thrilled that my parents have been vaccinated and my aunt has an appointment next week. I’m healthy and in my early 40s, I can wait.
it's not that op is saying she 'can't wait'. She's just feeling a normal human emotion about a crazy scary disease.

@Anonymous I would describe this comment as not v emotionally generous.

That's like the vaccine edition of the humble brag.
@Anonymous TOTALLY
Are you working out in the world every day, surrounded by snotty kids? If not, seriously, STFU.
