Trying not to freak out, but I am on the second day of the most intense headache I've ever head, nausea that comes and goes (much worse when I'm sitting/standing), and mild sore throat. No fever, cough, or congestion.
I'm trying to get myself to City MD but I can't fathom standing on a line for 2 hours in this condition. If you or someone you know had Covid, were these anything like their symptoms?
What are common symptoms of COVID-19?
COVID-19 commonly causes fever and cough, and it may also cause shortness of breath, fatigue, sore throat, muscle aches, and headaches. Some people develop loss of taste or smell, nasal congestion or running nose, or GI symptoms including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal pain.
Above is from CDC website. Feel better, and for your peace of mind as well as containment purposes, it’s better you get tested.
Thanks. Like I said, I'm trying to get myself to an urgent care but I'm not in great shape. The lines at my local place are 1 hour+ and I can't stand up that long.
I think there are services that will send someone to your home.
Download the app "LabFly" it looks like for $19.99 they will come to your house (may be covered by insurance. Good luck.
@Anonymous TY!
I haven't see lines at City MD for a while, mostly everyone prefers the H&H sites. We got tested 2 weeks ago (granted things change) and there was no wait in Brooklyn.
Update: Covid test negative. And I feel totally fine.
Guess I'm someone who gets migraines now?
